Opening our lovely home as a bed and breakfast is a new venture for
us, we only opened on 1st July 2009, we have been assessed by the Quality
in Tourism/Enjoy England and are thrilled to have been given a 5 STAR rating with the additional accolade
of a GOLD AWARD
We are however
for the time being going to continue to offer our guests our introductory rates which are per room, per night, based
on 2 people sharing and staying for 2 nights (which we are told are too cheap for what we offer!!!!)

SMOKING
We are a non smoking
residence, but guests may smoke in the gardens and grounds.

DURATION
By preference, we do prefer guests
to stay a minimum of two nights if possible
Discounts will be offered for
guest staying 7 nights or more

DEPOSIT
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to guarantee a reservation, payable
by cheque or Paypal. 14 Days notice of cancellation is required for a refund of deposit less £25 cancellation fee, per
room. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will be forefeited.

BALANCE
Balance
of payment is payable by cash, cheque or Paypal.

EUROS
For our European guests we are more than
happy to accept Euros instead of Sterling.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check in is after 4pm
on day of arrival although we are happy to be flexible where we can, late arrivals are fine as long as we are notified in
advance. We ask that guests vacate by 10.30 on departure day.

Any items damaged are charged
at replacement cost if repair is not possible
