ENTRANCE
Once through the entrance gates you arrive on a large flat, pea shingle, drive where there is parking
for in excess of 10 cars.

There is a pathway which slopes downward at a slight gradient towards the front door of the house and this
is wheelchair accessible.

GENERAL
Throughout the entire house, all sockets are high and light switches low to conform
to building regulations requiring them to be accessible for wheelchair users.

Each floor is on the same level there are no split level areas.

All staircases have handrails
on at least one side.

and Information packs are available in large print on request.

DOWNSTAIRS
The step up into the house is 25cms. A wheelchair would need to be lifted or alternatively
we can provide a moveable ramp. Once in the house, all lower floor doors including Guests Dining Room, are extra width
suitable wheelchair access as is the downstairs toilet.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
This contains the Health
Spa and Guests Lounge/Cinema - the only access if via a turning semi spiral staircase of 13 variable width steps, not suitable
for a wheelchair. Should a wheelchair user wish to stay with us, we would be happy to allow , in this instance, for
them to use our private lounge which has a 52" TV and Sky.

UPPER FLOORS
The Cream Room is on the first
floor reached by a turning staircase. Straight steps are 19cms high and 26cms deep and at the narrowest point by the
newel posts 77cms wide. There are 3 straight steps followed by 3 turning triangular step, then 4 straight steps
to a quarter landing then 5 straight steps to the first floor landing.
The
Gothic Suite on the second floor. The staircase from the first floor to the second is a turning staircase with 5 steps
to a quarter landing followed by 4 to a quarter landing and finally 4 straight stairs to the Suite entrance.
