Woodside Luxury Bed and Breakfast is a rural retreat, located near the tiny village
of Cripps Corner, in the picturesque High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the heart of the countryside of East
Sussex, bordering Kent. It is perfectly located just 10-25 minutes from the tourist orientated towns of Battle,
Robertsbridge, Rye, Bodiam, Tenterden, Goudhurst and Tunbridge Wells and only 15 minutes from the seaside resorts of Hastings
and Camber sands. The area is steeped in history and boasts an array of historic castle, houses, gardens and places
of interest. The Medieval village of Robertsbridge itself is just a short 8 minute drive.

Having been assessed by Quality in Tourism and gained the highest accolade possible, the "Five
Star, Gold Award", we are thrilled. To add to this, we have also been Awarded for 2010 and 2011 the "Breakfast
Award" for our outstanding gourmet breakfasts. We are also proud to say that our inspection has acheived a Grade
5 for Food Hygeine.
Woodside is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting in 10 acres of paddock and ancient
bluebell woods, an ideal place to stay in a luxurious and peaceful surrounding whilst treating it as a base for
exploring and undertaking activities such as country and woodland walks, visiting many tourist attractions, cycling, clay
shooting and golf.
Woodside is an exquisitely architectured, bespoke designed, residence built in
the Gothic Victorian style which was completed in 2005. This magnificent property was featured in, and depicted
on the front cover of, "Self Build" magazine and has been built with sumptuous, comfortable, relaxed, luxury living
and leisure in mind. It boasts large airy rooms with designer fittings throughout and includes a full Home Cinema with
9ft screen and a sumptuous private Health Suite, for the use of our guests. We have created a lovely home that we are
very happy to share with our friends and guests and we hope the atmosphere that we have created will make our guests
long to return.
After a warm welcome, relax and unwind with a drink and some home-made cake in
your room, on our terrace overlooking the paddock and woods or in our guests' lounge whilst planning your stay using
our tourist literature.
